1. Strict Ban on NSFW & Sexually Suggestive Imagery
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, or requesting adult content, nudity, sexually suggestive imagery, or pornography.
All input images and generation prompts undergo real-time automated safety screening prior to cloud model execution.
Requests containing suggestive poses, lingerie exposure, or sexually explicit cues will be blocked automatically at submission.
2. Prohibition of Deepfakes & Unauthorized Face Alterations
Wig Mirror is purpose-built solely for personal hairstyle simulation, wig fitting, and cosmetic hair exploration.
We strictly prohibit using our service for face swapping, identity deception, deepfake generation, or non-consensual biometric processing.
You may only upload photos of yourself or individuals who have explicitly given written, informed consent for virtual wig previewing.
3. Harassment, Hate Speech & Defamatory Content
Users must not use the platform to generate abusive, discriminatory, violent, libelous, harassing, or threatening material against any individual or demographic group.
Probing system boundaries, prompt engineering for jailbreaks, or reverse-engineering model safety filters constitutes a critical breach of service.
4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Respect
Do not upload proprietary brand marks, copyrighted character designs, or non-licensed likenesses without proper commercial clearance.
Wig Mirror does not assert ownership over personal portrait photographs uploaded by users for simulation purposes.
5. Upstream Moderation & Fail-Closed Enforcement
Every prompt and uploaded asset is verified via automated safety APIs (including upstream Creem Moderation) prior to GPU inference.
Under our Fail-Closed policy, flagged or suspicious payloads are permanently denied and logged for compliance recordkeeping.
Deliberate or repetitive policy violations will result in instantaneous account termination, revocation of credits, and permanent IP blocking without refund.
6. Reporting Violations & Timely Resolution
We maintain an active Trust & Safety desk to review community concerns and safeguard users against misuse.
